Job Description:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.

1) Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.

2) Review resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability for specific IT roles.

3) Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

4) Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

5) Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.

6) Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing timely updates and feedback.

7) Negotiate salary offers and employment terms with selected candidates in alignment with company policies and budgetary guidelines.

8) Stay informed about current trends and best practices in IT recruitment, continuously seeking ways to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

9) Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to support long-term recruitment goals.

10) Collaborate with the HR team to onboard newly hired IT professionals and facilitate a seamless transition into their respective roles.

11) Adhere to all relevant employment laws, regulations, and ethical standards in recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

1) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

2) Proven experience as a technical recruiter or IT talent acquisition specialist, preferably within a staffing agency or corporate environment.

3) In-depth knowledge of IT concepts, technologies, programming languages, and job roles (e.g., software developer, systems administrator, network engineer).

4) Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.

5) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse candidates and stakeholders.

6) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

7) Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability as needed.

8) Ethical conduct and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all recruitment activities.
